Welcome to Rshe Collections! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. This website is operated by Rshe collections . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rshe collections.

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Rshe Collections website (www.rshecollections.com), including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

  1. Products

Rshe Collections offers a range of handmade scrunchies and candles. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions and pricing without notice.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Rupee and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods: PhonePe , Google Pay , UPI .Rshe Collections reserves the right to change prices without notice.

  1. Orders and Shipping

Order Processing: Orders are processed within [1-2] business days.

Shipping: We offer shipping within India . Shipping times may vary depending on location. RsheCollections is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  1. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept any returns/exchanges without a proper UNCUT unboxing video of the package.

We exchange the product for any other product from the website for the same value only if it is a genuine error from our end or if it is a defective product.
For any exchanges for products purchased from our website, our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Incase of order cancellation, a full refund will only be provided for orders that have been cancelled before dispatch. After that, any orders that customer wants to cancel, a convenience fee of ₹150 will be charged.

If your order was damaged ,you can mail us the video and pictures of the damaged goods and we will process your Exchange.
