Refund / Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our straightforward return and exchange policy is here to assist you.

We do not accept any returns/exchanges without a proper UNCUT unboxing video of the package.

We exchange the product for any other product from the website for the same value only if it is a genuine error from our end or if it is a defective product.
For any exchanges for products purchased from our website, our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Incase of order cancellation, a full refund will only be provided for orders that have been cancelled before dispatch. After that, any orders that customer wants to cancel, a convenience fee of ₹150 will be charged.

If your order was damaged ,you can mail us the video and pictures of the damaged goods and we will process your Exchange.
